Joyzzle has no ads, no trackers, and no cookie banner – because there are no cookies to warn you about. We don’t ask who you are, and we never find out.

Your progress on any puzzle – every letter you type, every puzzle you finish – is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It never travels to us or to anyone else. (That’s also why your half-finished grid won’t follow you to a different device: it never left home.)

We keep simple, anonymous tallies – how many people opened a puzzle, how many finished – so we know which Joyzzles bring the most joy. The numbers can’t be traced back to any person, and we wouldn’t know how to try. When a spotlight puzzle supports a charity, these anonymous tallies are exactly how we count the donations.

Two places let you hand us something on purpose: the note box on our ABOUT page, and the email signup on our COMMUNITY page. A note goes straight to our inbox. An email address is kept only so we can write to you – never shared, never sold, and gone the moment you ask.
